Chain Binders Lever and Ratchet

Used for Tension on and Securing Chain. Working Load Limits are Stamped on Handle of Binders. Ratchet Binders and Lever Binders come Sizes 5/16, 5/16 to 3/8, and 1/2 to 5/8 Ratchet Binders are to be used by Hand to secure the Load. Lever Binders ( Tooth Removers ) are also supposed to be used by Hand, In the past they were secured using a cheater pipe.
