The HELP (Highway Emergency LED Pulse) Light Kit is designed to promote up to 1 mile of highly visible LED lights for safety. This 3 puck style light kit is made with impact resistant plastic in safety yellow and comes with a back that contains a magnet and folding hook for mounting purposes. In addition, the body is rain-proof, so it can be used outside in nearly any kind of weather condition.
The system is powered by 3 AAA batteries, which are included. The HELP Light Kit features three different lighting modes: Red LED on steady (5 hours of battery life); Red LED double pulse (9 hours of battery life); and White LED on steady (6 hours of battery life). These 15 high output LED offer 360-degree high-visibility for up to 1 mile.

Tarp Repair Instructions
1. Identify all holes or rips
2. Flip tarp to back side
3. Using scissors or sharp knife, trim all loose edges
4. Clean the damaged area at least 6″ all four sides using simple green, purple de-greaser, Comet and water. do not use gasoline, or any oil based cleaner
5. Make sure cleaned area in 100% dry
6. Cut patch at least 6″ larger than damaged area
7. Round off all corners of patch
8. Turn patch upside down (rough-side) and apply glue to rough-side and also the surrounding area of outside of patch.
9. Pick up patch and apply glue to inside of out-lined patch area
10. Allow glue on patch and tarp to dry to a light haze. confirm that glue on both area’s are almost dry.
11. Apply patch to damaged area and smooth out by hand. ( for best results use round pipe and press all air bubbles out ). allow patch to dry for at least 30 minutes
12. In some case apply baby powder to outside of surrounding area to prevent patch from sticking to other patches.

HH-66 vinyl Cement is used primarily for Tarp repair, The Product is Blended to be a long lasting application for tarp repairs. Please Clean Tarps with a mild Abrasive product (Comet and water, 409, or Purple De greaser). Make sure the Vinyl is completely dry, Apply Glue using Paint Brush or Roller to Tarp and patch. Let Glue dry until tacky. Apply patches and let dry. Apply Baby Powder to outside of Patch and on Tarp, This will prevent Patch or Tarp from sticking together after the Glue has set.
